Speed - 60 Yard dash - Stay low for the the 1st 10 yards and drive to the finish
Infield / Outfield Velo - Throw as hard AND as accurately as you can
Catcher's Pop-time and Velo to 2nd - Be quick, throw strong and accurately
Exit Velo - Hitting Measurements off the tee and during Batting Practice
